Season 3's Hung(no comments from the peanut gallery-LOL)...After rewatching that season his joy at winning was so real... Oh I know... he was actually crying when he won and I felt that right through the screen. I think that Hung has a great future in the culinary world. Of course Dave will always be my favorite because he was the comfort food guy and I'd love to get my hands on the truffle mac & cheese recipe he used at Napa. Tre and good old Howie are two other faves of mine. Tre shouldn't have been eliminated in Restaurant Wars and Howie, well, he screwed up the mushrooms but I would love to eat at The Food Gang as I'm sure it would be tasty.

I don't think she ever dissed another cheftestant or was sneaky about anything. She definitely deserved that win. I still remember that night. I was watching it over at Mom's house and I freaked (in a good way) when she won. My mom was like WTH is wrong with you? LOL

There are a few that I really liked putting their food aside as I think that is a matter of culinary tastes. I tend to judge by what I would eat. Not a perfect way to look at it but that is how I get enjoyment out of a show that I very much like.
There were a few that I liked during the course of the seasons like Stephanie, and Carla was a big favorite of mine. Who could help it. She made a terrible choice by listenting to Casey but that was her decision. She should have never gone against her instincts.
But I have to go with my man Fabio, He just makes me laugh. He has a somewhat regular spot on GMA now but when I saw him on Regis and Kelly and Ellen he was just priceless. I can only imagine if he had a show on the Food Network. I would so program that in my DVR.

It's kind of a toss up between S1's Stephen (Asprinio, dontchaknow) and S2's Sam, but when you factor in this pic with Tony Bourdain, I've gotta go with Sammy: That's kind of the sentiment I have overall for the Bravo boards these days. They and their double standards can pretty much KMA.

LOL Hmm... suddenly I'm in the mood for Meat Loaf.
